Background

Palacina Interiors sought a digital shopping experience that matched its brand elegance. The legacy 3dcart site limited design flexibility, mobile responsiveness, and SEO visibility. Nairobi Marketing rebuilt the platform to be fast, secure, and conversion-focused, with a modern editorial look and instant payments.

What We Built

1) Platform Architecture

Complete rebuild on WordPress + WooCommerce with modular blocks and reusable templates. Clean URL structures, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, and schema ensure scalable SEO and consistent indexing.

2) UX/UI Design

Magazine-style layout with high-impact imagery and clear typography. Key features: zoomable galleries, quick-view, add-to-cart from listings, single-page checkout, navigation by Category, Room, and Collection, plus sticky mobile menus.

3) Checkout & Payment Integration

M-Pesa STK Push, Visa, and Mastercard enable instant, secure checkout without leaving the site. The new single-step flow reduced friction and increased completions.

4) SEO & Performance Optimization

Core Web Vitals tuning (average LCP ~1.4s), Cloudflare CDN and Redis caching, next-gen images (WebP, AVIF), semantic markup, accessibility improvements, and 301 redirect mapping from 3dcart to preserve equity.

5) Content, Catalog Migration & Product SEO Optimization

Migrated over 200 SKUs with meta data, internal links, and structured categories intact. Each product page was optimized for SEO with descriptive titles, keyword-aligned meta descriptions, schema markup, high-quality alt text, and consistent URLs. Collection pages were rebuilt with entity-rich headings, contextual copy, and featured visuals. Added dynamic filters for price, material, and color to improve UX and crawl depth. All pages were validated in Google Search Console for indexing and schema accuracy.

6) Analytics & Conversion Tracking

GA4 + GSC integrated with events for product views, add-to-cart, and checkout complete. Real-time dashboards help marketing and management monitor sales, conversions, and product performance.
