The terms for using the Nairobi Marketing website and making an enquiry.
This website introduces Nairobi Marketing’s services, work and educational material. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and respect these terms. Contact [email protected] or +254 718 272755 for questions. Our published contact address is Renaissance Centre, Elgon Road, Nairobi, Kenya.
Submitting a form, emailing or sending a WhatsApp message is an enquiry. It does not reserve capacity, accept a quotation or create a paid service contract. A specific engagement is governed by the written proposal and agreement accepted by the relevant parties. Read the Service Terms for the matters that an engagement should address.
Website descriptions explain the general service, rather than a promise that every feature is included in every package. Displayed prices are starting points or package references unless expressly stated otherwise. The written quotation confirms scope, billing period, payment schedule, tax treatment, delivery dates, media spend and third-party costs. International reference prices may use a dated exchange-rate assumption and should be confirmed in your quotation. We may correct an error before an order is accepted.
Marketing depends on factors including competition, budget, platform decisions, website condition and implementation. We do not promise a particular search position, AI citation, enquiry volume, advertising return or booking result through general website content. Case studies relate to the client and reporting period described and do not predict another business’s results. Articles and focused answers are general information, not individual legal, financial or professional advice.
Do not use the site to submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate another person, send spam, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, introduce malicious software or misuse another person’s personal data. Supply details you are entitled to share. We may decline or remove abusive enquiries and take reasonable steps to protect the website.
Our original website content and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may read, link to and share links to public pages. Reproduction or commercial reuse beyond rights provided by law requires the relevant permission. Client logos and third-party names identify their respective organisations; their appearance does not transfer ownership or grant a licence. Ownership and permitted use of commissioned project work are set out in the specific project agreement.
Links to Google, WhatsApp, agency directories and other providers are offered for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability, content or decisions. A link is not a guarantee of another provider’s services.
We work to keep the website useful and accurate but may update, suspend or remove content. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every page will remain current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information is provided for general use without a guarantee of fitness for an individual business decision. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes a mandatory statutory right.
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle enquiry details. Report a website problem, suspected misuse or dispute to [email protected] with enough detail for us to investigate. We will first seek to resolve a concern through direct discussion. These website terms are governed by Kenyan law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. The appropriate forum for a particular project dispute is addressed in the written agreement or applicable law.
We may update these website terms. The version published when you use the website applies to that use; a later website update does not automatically change an existing signed project agreement.
